Renowned fashion designer Nina Šušnjara has designed a shopping bag for Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016. Under the wing of the SUSNYARA trademark she has created a unique fashionable shopping bag, made of sustainable and recycled materials, which is an alternative to single use bags.
Ljubljana is the first European capital on the road to becoming a zero-waste society. In this way we are becoming a society of responsible consumers, which protects valuable resources and prevents waste being generated, which reuses, recycles and transforms.
Alma Mujezinović, who is taking part in the European Green Capital project via the Open Kitchen, Mayor Zoran Janković, Nina Šušnjara, designer and co-owner of the Susnyara brand, and Lucija Gubenšek, co-owner of the Susnyara brand, with the unique shopping bags ‘Bag.For you.’ , designed especially for Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016.
